A dedicated hotelier with over 14 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Mahi brings a strong foundation in hotel operations, commercial strategy, and service excellence. In his new role, he will lead overall operations at the hotel with a focused approach towards enhancing guest experiences and strengthening the brand’s presence in the Chennai market.
His professional journey includes key leadership roles with reputed hospitality brands such as Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Accor Hotels. Prior to joining Fortune Park Hotels Ltd., Mahi served as Operations Manager at Accor Hotels (ibis Bangalore Hosur Road), where he successfully managed both Operations and Commercial verticals, driving performance and operational efficiency.
