Espire Hospitality Limited appoints two sales leaders

Espire Hospitality Limited has taken another step forward in strengthening its commercial leadership with the appointment of Daksh Shandilya and Ashwini Alpesh Taware as Director of Sales

The move reflects the company’s intent to sharpen its sales focus and expand its presence across key markets for its brands ZANA Luxury Resorts and Country Inn Hotels & Resorts.

With over nine years of experience in hospitality sales and marketing, Daksh Shandilya brings a strong understanding of business, key account management, and market expansion. His career spans leading hotel groups such as The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group, Lemon Tree Hotels, Treehouse Hotels & Resorts, and Old-World Hospitality. He has worked across competitive markets and managed diverse segments including PCO, DMC, and MICE, helping drive business growth through structured sales planning and long-term partnerships.

Joining him is Ashwini Alpesh Taware, who carries more than a decade of experience across corporate sales, travel trade, events, and MICE. She has been associated with well-known hotel brands such as Lemon Tree Hotels, Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa Nashik, Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels, and The Orchid Hotel Mumbai. Her exposure to both property-level sales and national sales offices equip her with a strong understanding of market behaviour and client expectations.
