Kanchan’s journey in hospitality spans over a decade and a half, beginning with Mahindra Holidays & Resorts and progressing through leadership roles with reputed brands including Country Inn & Suites by Radisson and Grand Mercure Mysore. As a core member of the leadership team during the hotel’s pre-opening phase at Novotel Goa Panjim, Kanchan has played an integral role in strengthening operational structures, enhancing service standards, driving guest satisfaction metrics, and building high-performing teams.
Commenting on the promotion, Surajit Chatterjee, General Manager, said, “Kanchan’s discipline, integrity, and deep operational understanding make him a natural leader.
