Kalpesh Kature – Executive Chef
With over 15 years of experience, Kalpesh Kature has mastered the art of culinary excellence. He has a distinguished track record of leading dynamic kitchen teams and creating innovative menus. Having worked with prominent hospitality brands like Renaissance Ahmedabad, Sodexo by Google, and Fairfield by Marriott Pune Kharadi, Kalpesh’s expertise spans menu planning, inventory management, and team motivation.

Lalmuankimi Khawlhring – Assistant Manager, Spa & Recreation
Lalmuankimi brings extensive experience in spa and wellness, having worked with esteemed brands such as Le Meridien Coimbatore, The O Hotel Goa, and The Westin Pune. Her in-depth understanding of holistic wellness and luxury spa services is set to enhance the recreational offerings at Courtyard by Marriott Shillong.

Shiva Kumar Kaave – Chief Engineer
Shivakumar has an impressive 20-year career in engineering with international hotel chains, including Marriott, Accor, and Taj. His tenure at Four Points by Sheraton Pune and Vivanta by Taj Panaji Goa highlights his technical acumen and commitment to operational excellence.

Abhishek Pachaury – Assistant Manager, IT
Abhishek brings over 15 years of IT expertise, including a decade within the hospitality industry. Proficient in managing advanced property management software, networking systems, and server platforms, his technical skills will support the seamless IT operations at the property.

Deepak Kumar – Assistant Director of Finance
With over 21 years of financial leadership in the hospitality industry, Deepak has held pivotal roles in Marriott, Hilton, and Le Meridien properties across India. His strategic financial management will play a critical role in driving the hotel’s fiscal growth.
