Raffles Udaipur has announced the appointment of Sukhpreet Singh Bath as its Hotel Manager
In this role, Sukhpreet will be responsible for overseeing the hotel’s overall operations, ensuring service excellence across all touchpoints, and upholding the distinctive Raffles standards of refined, intuitive hospitality. He will lead strategic operational planning, drive guest satisfaction, and work closely with the Executive Committee to maintain the hotel’s performance, culture, and brand integrity.

In his professional journey, Sukhpreet has held senior operational leadership roles, overseeing Front Office, Housekeeping, Spa, Butler Service, Food & Beverage, Culinary, Engineering, and Security. As a core member of the Executive Committee and Crisis Management Team, he has consistently maintained guest feedback scores above 95% and strengthened service consistency through internal audits, preventive maintenance, and robust quality controls. His responsibilities have also included revenue optimisation, VIP guest management, room inventory strategy, team planning, and supporting the pre-opening of Raffles Jaipur, reinforcing brand standards across the portfolio.
