With over 13 years of experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry, including a significant tenure of 12 years with IHCL, Srinath brings a strong understanding of both market dynamics and customer engagement. Most recently, he served as Director of Sales at Vivanta Bengaluru, Whitefield, where he led commercial initiatives and contributed to strengthening the hotel’s positioning in a competitive market.
His professional journey also includes leadership roles across IHCL’s multi-property portfolio, along with an earlier stint at Hyatt Hyderabad, experiences that have shaped his approach to driving performance through a balance of strategy, relationships, and execution.
An alumnus of the Oriental School of Hotel Management, Wayanad, Srinath is known for his focus on building long-term client relationships, delivering consistent growth, and mentoring high-performing teams. Outside of work, he is passionate about motorcycles and hiking, interests that reflect his dynamic and driven outlook.
