Shoeb Mohammed joins Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty as the new Director of Operations
Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty has announced the appointment of Shoeb Mohammed as its new Director of Operations
Shoeb holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (2009) and an MBA from the University of Windsor, Canada (2014). He began his journey with Hyatt as Assistant Outlet Manager at Park Hyatt Toronto in 2014, progressing through various roles including Banquet Manager and Director of F&B.
He was a key member of the Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty pre-opening team in 2017 and served in multiple leadership roles over five years. Shoeb later held senior positions with Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai and Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park.
Originally from Hyderabad, Shoeb is known for his grounded nature and values family above all. He is married to Araib Salahuddin, a businesswoman and new mother to their daughter, Hikmah Shoeb.
