Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park have announced the appointment of Sanjay Pandita as their Hotel Manager

With over two decades of rich hospitality experience, Sanjay brings deep expertise in hotel operations, service excellence, and revenue growth to his new role.

In his most recent position as Director of Operations at Aurika Mumbai International Airport, India’s largest inventory hotel with 669 rooms, Sanjay oversaw operations across multiple restaurants, extensive event spaces, and guest services. He also successfully spearheaded the launch of Aurika, Coorg as General Manager, further showcasing his ability to lead large-scale hospitality projects with finesse.

Sanjay began his career in Food & Beverage operations at leading hotels such as The Oberoi Amarvilas, Agra, Al Murooj Rotana Dubai, and Westin Sohna Gurgaon Resort & Spa. He went on to play a pivotal role as Banquet Manager during the pre-opening of The Leela Palace Kempinski New Delhi, Chanakyapuri and later advanced in leadership positions at Crowne Plaza New Delhi Rohini.

As Hotel Manager, Sanjay will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring profitability, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Known for his ability to foster meaningful connections with both guests and colleagues, Sanjay aims to build a culture of sincere, personalized service while strengthening the property’s market position.
