With close to two decades of rich hospitality experience, Sandeep has held leadership roles across some of the world’s most prestigious hotel brands — including Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, and Grand Hyatt Kochi. Over the course of his career, he pioneered the launch of luxury cruising for Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts in Palau and had the opportunity to work alongside Michelin-starred chefs, further shaping his expertise in curating world-class culinary experiences.
Known for his strong operational expertise, guest-centric approach, and ability to lead high-performing teams, Sandeep has consistently contributed to enhancing food and beverage offerings across luxury hospitality environments. His appointment at Hyatt Regency Trivandrum is expected to further elevate the hotel’s diverse culinary portfolio, enhance guest engagement, and reinforce its position as a preferred dining destination in the city.
