Over the years, he has honed his expertise with renowned brands like The Leela, JW Marriott, Hyatt, Andaz, and Roseate House Aerocity. His leadership and deep understanding of F&B operations have earned him numerous accolades, including Employee of the Quarter at The Leela Palace and Executive of the Month at JW Marriott Chandigarh.
An alumnus of SARVA Institute of Hotel Management, Rishabh is known for his dynamic approach to service, team motivation, and ability to craft memorable dining experiences. A firm believer in innovation, he strives to create engaging dining concepts that surprise and delight guests. His attention to detail and guest-centric approach have consistently placed him among the top performers in the industry.
