Prashant Tiwari joins Courtyard by Marriott Shillong as the new F&B Manager

Courtyard by Marriott Shillong has announced the appointment of Prashant Tiwari as its new Food and Beverage Manager

Bringing a wealth of experience and a visionary approach, Prashant is set to elevate the hotel’s culinary and service offerings to new heights. 

A seasoned hospitality professional, Prashant has built an impressive career with renowned global  brands such as Marriott International, Accor, and Taj Hotels. Recognized for his strategic expertise and  operational excellence, he has a strong track record in financial planning, cost control optimization, and  driving consistent revenue growth through innovative F&B concepts and service enhancements. 

Before joining Courtyard Shillong, Prashant held key leadership positions across prestigious  establishments, showcasing his expertise in pre-opening operations, restaurant management, and guest  service excellence.
