Parag Shah appointed new General Manager at Grand Mercure Bangalore

Grand Mercure Bangalore has announced the appointment of Parag Shah as its new General Manager

Parag brings over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, including more than ten years with Accor. He has worked with several brands within the group such as Raffles, Fairmont, Sofitel, Novotel, and Mercure. Prior to this appointment, he served as General Manager at Mercure Hyderabad KCP, where he led various operational initiatives and was recognised with industry accolades, including “General Manager of the Year” by FHRAI and Accor South Asia.

He is known for his strategic leadership style and understanding of evolving guest expectations. At Grand Mercure Bangalore, his role will involve overseeing hotel operations, focusing on guest experience and team development.
