Ramada by Wyndham Varanasi Katesar has announced the appointment of Naveen Pandey as its General Manager, effective August 16, 2025
In this role, Naveen will lead overall hotel operations, manage staff performance, and spearhead initiatives in sales, marketing, and guest services to ensure exceptional hospitality experiences.
Naveen brings a wealth of expertise to the role, with an impressive background in the hospitality sector. He previously served as General Manager at Svenska Hotels, a European hospitality company operating in Andhra Pradesh, where he successfully managed hotel operations, sales, and marketing.
Naveen Pandey is a talented and seasoned hospitality professional who will play a key role in strengthening our brand presence and ensuring that Ramada by Wyndham Varanasi Katesar continues to deliver outstanding service and value to our guests, said Mr. Shivam Chaurasia, Owner of Ramada by Wyndham Varanasi Katesar.
A native of Varanasi, Naveen holds a Hotel Management degree from Visva Bharati University Shantiniketan, Kolkata and MBA from SHIATS.
