As the final days of summer approach, Minos Palace Resort, Crete invites guests to immerse themselves in five days dedicated to movement, recovery, and longevity with a new Yoga Retreat, taking place between 24th – 28th September 2026. Led by yoga expert Christina Exarchou in collaboration with the resort’s Nao Longevity Hub, which opened in 2025, the retreat blends yoga, personalised longevity assessments, restorative therapies, and nourishing gastronomy to encourage guests to reset the body, restore energy and embrace lasting wellbeing.
Each experience is tailored to individual needs whilst supporting sustainable habits that continue long after the retreat ends. Limited to just 10 guests, the retreat offers a highly personalised and intimate setting, enabling meaningful one-to-one guidance, deeper connection and a truly immersive wellness experience.
Christina Exarchou Christina Exarchou’s approach to movement has been shaped by a lifelong background in dance, rhythmic gymnastics, and extensive Ashtanga Yoga training. Having studied in both India and London, she combines traditional yoga with mobility and contemporary dance to create her signature free-flow style. Her classes focus on intuitive movement, helping to build strength, restore balance, and cultivate lasting wellbeing.
The Retreat Guests can look forward to a fully inclusive dining experience throughout the retreat, with daily breakfast and dinner buffets served at Mom Restaurant, alongside a nutritious daily lunch. Expertly crafted, using fresh, seasonal ingredients from the resort’s very own organic herb and vegetable gardens, each meal is designed to nourish the body and complement the retreat.
