Dubai’s vibrant culinary landscape was celebrated like never before at the fourth MICHELIN Guide Ceremony, held at Address Sky View
The 2025 edition unveiled a remarkable 119 establishments spanning over 35 cuisine types, showcasing the city’s growing status as a global gastronomic hub.
This year’s selection includes two new Three MICHELIN Star restaurants—FZN by Björn Frantzén and Trèsind Studio, the latter making history as the first Indian restaurant in the world to earn the Guide’s highest honor. Additionally, Jamavar and Manāo join the ranks with their first One MICHELIN Star each, bringing the total to 14 One Star establishments.
Five new restaurants received the Bib Gourmand distinction for offering high-quality, value-driven dining: DUO Gastrobar-Creek Harbour, Harummanis, Hawkerboi, Khadak, and Sufret Maryam.
“The diversity and excellence found in Dubai’s culinary scene are unmatched,” said Gwendal Poullennec, International Director of the MICHELIN Guide. “Dubai continues to embrace and celebrate the world’s flavors, setting a new standard in gastronomy.”
His Excellency Issam Kazim, CEO of DCTCM, added, “The MICHELIN Guide plays a pivotal role in highlighting Dubai’s global culinary appeal. These honors reflect the city’s bold innovation and diverse talent, reinforcing Dubai as a must-visit destination for food lovers.”
