She brings a wealth of expertise garnered from her previous role as Assistant Manager Talent & Culture at Grand Mercure Bengaluru, Gopalan Mall and her tenure with hotels including Novotel Guwahati GS Road, MAYFAIR Lake Resort and Swissotel Kolkata from where she completed her Industrial training.
Her extensive skill set comprehends talent acquisition, payroll management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, grievance handling, and data analytics. Beyond her technical expertise, Mampi strongly believes in employee engagement and development.
