Maleeni Roy Barman brings over seven years of experience in strategic HR management, talent acquisition, and organizational development. Maleeni’s dynamic leadership and innovative HR practices will play a key role in fostering a strong workplace culture and driving employee engagement. 

Maleeni has held significant roles at esteemed organizations, including JW Marriott Kolkata and Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway. She holds a Master’s degree in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Bangalore.

Maleeni’s professional achievements include introducing innovative HR practices, achieving perfect audit scores, and leading successful recruitment drives for pre-opening properties. Beyond her professional endeavors, Maleeni is an accomplished artist, having completed six years of training in painting from Bangiya Sangeet Parishad, showcasing her creativity and versatility.
