WHO ARE WE?
Created by two old friends Quentin (former catering director of the George V) and Pierre (former web entrepreneur), the Fuga Family designs and operates exceptional places in Paris and less than an hour from Paris. In September 2022, Stéphanie Moquet (ex Ferrandi) became Executive Chef of the Fuga Family.
