Karan Singh Nagra joins ITC Grand Goa Resort & Spa as the new PR and Marketing Manager
ITC Grand Goa Resort & Spa has announced the appointment of Karan Singh Nagra as the Public Relations and Marketing Manager
Karan Singh Nagra, Public Relations and Marketing Manager, ITC Grand Goa Resort & Spa
Based out of Goa, Karan Singh Nagra will spearhead the resort’s PR, marketing and digital initiatives while also extending his strategic oversight to the marketing and communications functions of Storii by ITC Hotels properties in the region.
With a decade-long career spanning across hospitality, media, and retail, Karan brings a dynamic blend of creative strategy, luxury brand positioning, and destination storytelling to his new role. His key mandate will be to elevate the positioning of ITC Grand Goa as India’s premier luxury beach resort for weddings, leisure, wellness, and culinary excellence—while also establishing a strong narrative and market presence for the Storii portfolio in Goa and the Konkan region.
Commenting on his appointment, Karan said, “Joining ITC Hotels, a brand I’ve admired for years, feels like a homecoming to my hospitality aspirations. ITC Grand Goa isn’t just a resort—it’s a canvas of culture, sustainability, and timeless luxury. I am excited to build powerful stories, deepen guest engagement, and contribute meaningfully to the brand’s legacy while also creating unique positioning for the Storii properties in the region.”
Prior to this, Karan served as the Marketing and Communications Manager at Hyatt Regency Dehradun Resort & Spa, where he led multi-channel marketing campaigns and crafted a distinct brand identity that helped the resort emerge as a preferred destination for MICE and weddings in North India.

Karan’s professional journey includes impactful stints with JW Marriott Hotel Kolkata as Senior Marketing and Communications Manager, 91.9 Friends FM (ABP Group) as Head of Marketing & Activations, and Spencer’s Retail Ltd. (RPSG Group) as Assistant Manager – Marketing. His core expertise lies in luxury brand marketing, digital storytelling, integrated media planning, social media strategy, content marketing, and experiential PR.
An alumnus of J.D. Birla Institute, Kolkata, with a BBA in Marketing, Karan also holds an MBA in Marketing from Praxis Business School, Kolkata.
