Conrad Bengaluru has announced the appointment of Itha Das as its new Director of Sales Conference and Events

With extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Itha Das brings deep expertise in catering sales, large-scale event planning, and MICE strategy. In her new role at Conrad Bengaluru, she will oversee catering and MICE operations, focusing on driving business growth, strengthening client relationships, and curating memorable event experiences for corporate and social gatherings. 

Throughout her career, Itha has built a strong reputation for delivering high-impact events and developing strategic partnerships across the corporate and social segments. Prior to joining Conrad Bengaluru, she served as Associate Director of Sales at Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway, where she led strategic sales initiatives and expanded business opportunities across corporate events, conferences, and social celebrations. She also previously held the role of Senior Sales Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore. Her expertise in building strong partnerships and delivering tailored event solutions has contributed to consistent business growth and enhanced guest experience.

At Conrad Bengaluru, Itha will lead initiatives to further enhance the hotel’s position as a preferred destination for premium meetings, conferences, weddings, and bespoke events in Bengaluru. She will also work closely with the sales and operations teams to develop innovative event solutions tailored to evolving client needs.
