HOSPACE 2025 gathers momentum as more high-profile speakers confirmed
The Hospitality Professionals Association (HOSPA) has announced further details for HOSPACE 2025, as anticipation builds for what promises to be a landmark 20th edition of the UK’s leading hospitality conference.
Taking place on Thursday 13 November at the Royal Lancaster London, this year’s event will begin with its customary powerhouse lineup of hospitality leaders, with the opening orchestrated by a combination of Peter Hancock, Jane Pendlebury, Harry Murray MBE and Chris Cowls MBE, the newly appointed Chairman of HOSPA. Together, they will set the tone for a day of strategic insight and discussion paired with celebration as the conference marks two decades of industry leadership and learning.
They will be followed by Thomas Pugh, economist at RSM, who will return to the stage after last year’s warmly received contribution – once again bringing his engaging style to bear on the economic outlook for the hospitality sector.
Further content highlights include a deep-dive into industry reflections and forecasts, featuring Mark Edwards from BDO and Michael Grove from Hotstats – two of the sector’s most respected hospitality finance experts. This panel will explore performance trends and commercial challenges across the past year, while offering informed predictions for 2026.
Among the line-up of individual speakers already confirmed for the day are Kate Nicholls, Chair at UKHospitality, Claire Good, COO of Travelodge and Neil Braude COO from Imperial Hotels. From operators to economists, policymakers to technologists, the sessions at HOSPACE 2025 promise to deliver unparalleled value across finance, revenue management, technology, sustainability and people.
Alongside the conference, nominations remain open for the 2025 Inspirational Leader Awards, set to be presented at the HOSPACE gala dinner. These awards recognise exceptional individuals across the hospitality sector who lead with purpose, positivity and impact – from sustainability and finance to technology and operations.
Jane Pendlebury added: “If you know someone making a difference in hospitality – be they a quiet hero or a bold innovator – we want to hear from you. These awards are all about celebrating the people who bring energy and excellence to our industry every day. Now is your chance to give them the recognition they deserve.”
