Rooftop Experiences Rooftop Pool – The hotel’s renowned rooftop pool returns as one of Venice’s most sought-after summer destinations, welcoming guests this summer. The partnership with St-Germain continues for another season, featuring a dedicated cocktail menu available throughout the summer. Highlights include the signature St-Germain Spritz, the refreshing Frozen Zest and the bold Spice Me Up.
Rooftop Movie Nights – This summer, Hilton Molino Stucky Venice will host three exclusive rooftop cinema evenings on the highest rooftop in Venice. 13th July & 10th August – A special dinner experience with a set menu and paired beverages (€200 per person) will be followed by a film screening on the pool terrace. 12th September – Coinciding with the closing weekend of the Venice International Film Festival, guests can enjoy a set-menu dinner with paired beverages (€200 per person) followed by a rooftop screening.
Live Music From 5th June, live music will enhance the atmosphere on the Aromi and Bacaromi terraces. Performances will take place every Friday in June, and every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday throughout July and August.

Created in collaboration with Martini, the space features bespoke furnishings and a dedicated cocktail menu celebrating the iconic Italian aperitivo brand. Guests can also enjoy a new daily brunch offering, served from 11am to 3pm. Highlights include Avocado Toast with poached egg and guacamole, Eggs Benedict, Croque Madame, waffles with mascarpone cream and fresh fruit, pancakes with maple syrup, and a selection of freshly baked pastries.
Grill Night by the Lagoon Returns for Summer – From 7th June, Grill Night By The Lagoon will be available at the Bacaromi terrace, inviting guests to enjoy a special grill night overlooking the lagoon. The event will take place every Sunday throughout June, and every Thursday and Sunday during July and August. The format remains true to last year’s successful concept, featuring a dedicated pop-up menu alongside the regular à la carte offering, a live grill station and live music by the Gondolieri, creating a vibrant and authentic Venetian atmosphere.
On 15th August 2026, Ferragosto returns to the Bacaromi terrace by the lagoon, for an exceptional epicurean evening marking the peak of the summer holiday season. Highlights from the grill menu include spaghetti with clams, freshly grilled John Dory fillet, salmon fillet, swordfish, prawns and octopus, accompanied by oven-roasted potatoes and seasonal grilled vegetables.
Altrove by Aromi – From July and throughout the summer season, every Thursday evening the pool terrace will host Altrove by Aromi, an exclusive al fresco dining experience available to guests and locals alike. Guests will enjoy a specially curated set menu with wine pairing by Chef Ivan Fargnoli, priced at €200 per person. The menu showcases seasonal ingredients and refined Mediterranean flavours, beginning with raw king scallop with calamansi, chilli gel, herring caviar and sesame sauce, followed by eliche pasta with ginger bisque and pink prawns, and turbot fillet with caviar beurre blanc and celery.
