With a distinguished career of more than 25 years, Harish Joshi is widely recognised as a seasoned hospitality professional with deep expertise across key market segments. Over the years, he has worked with a roster of leading brands, including Holiday Inn, ITC, Ramada, and The Park Hotels, building a reputation for strategic acumen, operational proficiency, and people-first leadership.
An alumnus of Garhwal University and a Hotel Management diploma holder from IHM Lucknow, Harish has spent close to two decades shaping the hospitality landscape of the Jaipur market, while also gaining extensive exposure to the Delhi and Gujarat regions. His experience spans Corporates, Weddings, Travel Agents/EMCs, MICE, and Film & Fashion Shoots—making him a versatile leader well-versed with the demands of diverse guest segments.
Across his career, Harish has played a pivotal role in hotel openings, renovations, revenue optimisation, project management, and policy formulation. His hands-on approach to training and team development has been instrumental in driving service excellence and operational consistency in every organisation he has led. His strong grounding in business development has also contributed to sustained market growth and brand positioning for multiple hospitality brands.

In his new role at The Palace Aravali, Harish will oversee the property’s overall operations while steering its business development strategy.
