A Hotel Management graduate, his journey began with Hyatt as a Guest Service Associate at Hyatt Regency Delhi, a humble start that laid the foundation for a career defined by dedication, growth, and unwavering commitment to hospitality.

Gaurav has held key leadership roles at Hyatt Regency Delhi, and most recently served as Director of Operations at Grand Hyatt Gurgaon. Over the years, he has launched award- winning restaurants, reimagined service standards, and championed employee engagement consistently driving both guest satisfaction and team performance.

What truly sets Gaurav apart is his authentic leadership style, one that’s deeply rooted in empathy, inclusivity, and empowerment.
