With over 14 years of experience in hospitality sales, Gagandeep brings strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of revenue strategy and client engagement. Over the years, he has worked with leading brands such as Ramada Encore, Fairfield by Marriott, Holiday Inn, Comfort Inn, and Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, building a well-rounded perspective across segments.
Known for his ability to translate strategy into results, Gagandeep has led cluster sales operations, managed high-value corporate and catering portfolios, and built agile, performance-oriented teams. His approach focuses on driving consistent topline growth while strengthening long-term client relationships. His exposure to scaling business from international organisations further adds to his cross-market perspective.
At Espire Hospitality Limited, he will be responsible for driving sales effectiveness, unlocking new revenue opportunities, and reinforcing the company’s commercial foundation across its portfolio of ZANA Luxury Resorts and Country Inn Hotels & Resorts.
