New signature dishes for the summer 2026 include Roasted Pumpkin & Coconut Soup, Kani Salad, Shrimp Provençal on Hummus, Mussels Pot, Mediterranean Roasted Sea Bass, Saffron Seafood Risotto, Citrus Grilled Octopus and Grilled Salmon Royale.
