Throughout his tenure, he has demonstrated an exceptional ability to lead diverse teams, optimize guest experience frameworks, and deliver operational excellence.
He has served as Director of Rooms at JW Marriott Hotel Pune, followed by Director of Operations at Courtyard by Marriott Pune Hinjewadi, where he played a pivotal role in strengthening service standards, driving process efficiencies, and steering guest satisfaction metrics. Recognized for his ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver impactful results, Mr. Chikkamath was appointed General Manager at Marriott Suites Pune in March 2023, an important career milestone that reflected his strong stewardship and operational foresight.
