The menu features an assortment of artisan sandwiches, including cured smoked salmon with lemon and mint butter, roast beef with Brie and truffle brioche, and cucumber with labneh and dill, alongside an exquisite collection of pastries such as Pistachio Kunafa, Mango and Berry Pavlova, Honey Bee Cake, Passion Fruit Macarons, and Vanilla Baked Cheesecake. Freshly baked plain and date scones, served with Cornish clotted cream and organic jams, complete the ritual, while the dedicated Tiny Tea menu ensures younger guests can enjoy the tradition too. Guided by the expertise of the tea sommelier, guests can select from a premium collection of Tchaba loose-leaf teas, adding a thoughtful finishing touch to one of The St. Regis’ most cherished traditions.

Available throughout August, the Summer Collection at Crystal Lounge presents a seasonal selection of handcrafted beverages inspired by tropical flavors, botanical notes, and the refreshing character of summer. Served within the elegant surroundings of the lounge, the collection brings together contemporary café-style creations and vibrant seasonal refreshments.
Highlights include Cozy Coffee Jelly, layered with fresh milk, cream, cinnamon, and coffee caviar, alongside The Crystal Kick, a refreshing blend of espresso, lemon, and fresh mint. Richer creations include Noir Bliss, combining espresso, dark chocolate, milk, and vanilla ice cream, while Layali Cookies pairs vanilla milk with crushed Oreo cookies and whipped cream.

On August 21, The St. Regis Bar welcomes guests to an evening dedicated to the timeless rituals of fine cigars and distinguished conversation with Gentlemen’s Toast. Set within the refined surroundings of the hotel’s iconic bar, the one-night-only event brings together an exceptional limited-edition cigar, expertly paired beverages, and the guidance of one of the UAE’s leading cigar connoisseurs, Jasim Ahmed.
At the heart of the evening is the Flor de Castillo Consigliere VI, a premium Nicaraguan cigar crafted for the discerning aficionado. Rich and full-bodied, it reveals notes of cedar, black pepper, espresso, dark chocolate, leather, roasted nuts, and warm baking spices, finishing with subtle sweetness and charred oak. Throughout the tasting, Mr Ahmed will share his expertise, offering guests insights into the craftsmanship, flavor profile, and appreciation of this exceptional cigar for a memorable evening at The St. Regis Bar.
