JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar has announced the elevation of Vallabhi Vaidya to the role of Director of Human Resources

With over 17 years of experience in the hospitality sector and an impressive tenure with Marriott International, Vallabhi has been an integral part of the Marriott family since 2010. Her career has spanned dynamic roles across operations, guest relations, front office, and human resources giving her a unique edge in fostering a people-centric culture while maintaining service excellence at the heart of every interaction.

She has been instrumental in implementing key people initiatives, enhancing associate engagement, and building a workplace deeply rooted in Marriott’s core values of putting people first and embracing change. Her elevation reflects her continued contribution to shaping a high-performing, empowered workforce aligned with the brand’s ethos of thoughtful luxury.
