With over 15 years of robust experience in Rooms Operations and a long-standing association with Marriott International, Sumit brings a wealth of knowledge, operational excellence, and a deep passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Throughout his illustrious career, he has held leadership positions across several key Marriott properties, including Le Meridien Hyderabad, Sheraton Colombo, Aloft Aerocity New Delhi, Goa Marriott Resort & Spa & Hyderabad Marriott Hotel & Convention Centre. His proven track record of elevating service standards, driving guest satisfaction, and mentoring high-performing teams makes him a valuable addition to the leadership team at Courtyard by Marriott Shillong.
