Fairfield by Marriott Jodhpur has announced the elevation of Shubham Mathur to the position of Senior Sales Manager

Shubham’s career is a testament to adaptability and ambition. Beginning his professional journey in finance, he served as an Accounts Officer at Sardar Club and later as an Income Auditor at Taj Hari Mahal Jodhpur, where he demonstrated a keen eye for detail and business analysis. His transition into sales was both strategic and seamless, leveraging his financial acumen to understand revenue dynamics and customer value creation at a deeper level.

Over the past eight years, Shubham Mathur has emerged as a seasoned sales professional, known for his client-centric approach and data-driven decision-making. Since joining Fairfield by Marriott Jodhpur as a Sales Executive, and most recently as Assistant Sales Manager, he has played an instrumental role in expanding market share, forging key client relationships, and significantly exceeding revenue targets.

In his elevated role as the Senior Sales Manager, Shubham will lead the hotel’s sales efforts across key business verticals, oversee strategic partnerships, and continue to enhance the hotel’s positioning as a preferred destination in the region. His well-rounded experience and people-first leadership style make him ideally suited to spearhead this next phase of growth.
