Shiv brings an extensive background in safety and security, having been an integral part of the Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad team for over seven years. Starting his journey as a Security Assistant in 2016, Shiv has steadily progressed through roles of increasing responsibility, including Security Officer and Team Leader – Security.
Most recently, Shiv has served as the Assistant Manager – Security, where he played a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and well-being of guests and associates while leading key security initiatives.
With over a decade of experience in the hospitality and security domain, including his prior stint as a Guest Service Officer at Hotel Mansarover International, Shiv has honed his skills in security audits, information security management, and team leadership. His journey reflects his unwavering commitment to excellence and the trust he has earned within the organization.
