In his new role, Shashank Saklani will oversee the overall functioning of the hotel, with a focus on maximizing revenue, enhancing guest satisfaction, and fostering a positive and productive work environment for the entire team. Dehradun rapidly growing as both a leisure and business destination, Shashankwill also lead efforts to strengthen the hotel’s presence across domestic and international travel markets.

Shashank Saklani has been an integral part of the Ramada Dehradun leadership team, having previously served as Director of Operations. In this capacity, he was responsible for hotel operations, departmental coordination, service excellence, and aligning strategic goals with daily performance. He brings over 14 years of rich experience across reputed hospitality brands, including Marriott International, Starwood Hotels, Royal Orchid Hotels, Lemon Tree Hotels and ITC with expertise in both operations and sales & marketing.

His professional background covers a wide range of hotel operations, staff development, and strategic business planning.
