Sameer Kher joins Taj Skyline, Ahmedabad as the new F&B Director

Taj Skyline, Ahmedabad has announced the appointment of Sameer Kher as its new Director of Food & Beverage

Sameer brings with him a rich and diverse experience of over 14 years in the hospitality industry, having held key leadership roles in some of the country’s most prestigious hotels and clubs. Prior to this appointment, he served as the Food & Beverage Manager at President, Mumbai from August 2023 to February 2025, and at The Ritz Carlton Hotel & Residences, Mumbai from March 2022 to July 2023.

His previous roles include:

• Club Operations Head at DLF, Gurugram (June 2019 – April 2020)
• F&B Manager at ITC Hotels, Vadodara (March 2017 – May 2019)
• Assistant F&B Manager at ITC Hotels, Vadodara (September 2013 – February 2017)
• Assistant Manager – F&B at ITC Maratha, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Mumbai (August 2011 – August 2013)
• Management Trainee at ITC Hotels Ltd (August 2010 – July 2011)

A graduate of IHM Jaipur, Class of 2010, Sameer is known for his strategic approach, people leadership, and innovative flair in food and beverage operations.
