Kaldan Samudhra Palace has announced the appointment of Rupesh Pandey as its Vice President – Operations & Administration

Rupesh brings with him an impressive 28-year career in the hospitality industry, having worked in several key locations across Southern and Western India.

His professional journey has taken him through diverse cities like Hyderabad, Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, and Manipal, which have shaped his deep appreciation for cultural diversity and adaptability. This broad exposure to different regions has not only enriched his outlook but also equipped him with the ability to thrive in dynamic and multicultural environments.

Rupesh’s experiences at leading organisations such as ITC Hotels, Holiday Inn, Sarovar Hotels, and The Accord Metropolitan have further enhanced his skills and expertise in hotel operations and administration. We are also excited to share that Rupesh has previously worked with Accord Hotels & Resorts for 10 years, where he made significant contributions to our growth and success, and we are delighted to welcome him back to lead Kaldan Samudhra Palace.

With a proven track record of leadership in high-performing teams, Rupesh Pandey has a keen understanding of operational excellence and a commitment to enhancing guest experiences.
