Ravi hails from the scenic hills of Uttarakhand and has lived in Mumbai and Goa, gaining diverse experiences in the HR landscape. His professional journey has been shaped by a passion for travel, allowing him to explore various cultures and workplace practices from around the country.
A natural networker, Ravi thrives on connecting with like-minded professionals through conferences, seminars, and events, constantly broadening his horizon. His dedication to volunteering is a testament to his commitment to giving back, particularly in areas such as education, skill development, and social welfare.
Ravi’s curiosity for learning and development extends to reading professional literature and attending webinars on HR leadership and management. His goal is to build winning teams by utilizing all available resources to foster growth and success.
Outside of his professional life, Ravi enjoys the outdoors, whether it be picnics, trekking, or evening walks. Recently, he has discovered a love for art and design, complementing his long-standing passion for fashion.
