A seasoned hospitality professional, Rajib brings with him over four years of impactful leadership as Senior General Manager, during which he played a pivotal role in shaping the resort’s operational excellence and brand ethos.
Situated in the verdant Gangetic Plains and strategically located near the Kolkata International Airport and the city’s bustling Central Business District, Vedic Village Spa Resort is widely recognised as a trailblazer in sustainable destination hospitality.
In his new role, Rajib will be responsible for Overall Brand and Operational Alignment, leading initiatives that strengthen Vedic Village’s position as a frontrunner in sustainable luxury. He will oversee cross-functional development strategies, championing eco-conscious innovations, brand consistency, and community-centric growth, in alignment with the group’s long-term vision for environmental stewardship and scalable expansion.
