With extensive experience in hospitality and operations management, Raghavendra possesses a rich experience that will further strengthen Kshemavana’s dedication to providing superior wellness experiences.
As Director of Operations, Raghavendra will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the retreat, ensuring smooth delivery of services, maximizing guest experiences, and spearheading strategic efforts to enhance Kshemavana’s operational effectiveness. His leadership will play a key role in driving innovation and maintaining the retreat’s core values of holistic well-being and excellence.
Dr. Narendra K. Having had a distinguished career for more than two decades, Raghavendra in the leadership role he has worked in several popular hospitality. Brands such as Gamyam Beach Resort, The Zuri White Sands, Cidade de Goa, Grand Hyatt Goa and the Leela Beach Resort Goa.
An IHM Goa hotel management graduate, Raghavendra kick-started his career in food production and progressed rapidly to leadership positions, showing remarkable operating skill. His trajectory involves leading pre-opening teams, operating high-volume F&B venues, and crafting enriching wellness experiences.
