Prashanth is a passionate hospitality leader with over two decades of experience spanning hotel operations, events and convention management, guest experience, and revenue growth. He brings with him a strong ability to align operations with brand excellence, build high-performing teams, and deliver memorable guest journeys.
In his most recent role at The Leela Gandhinagar & Mahatma Mandir Convention & Exhibition Centre, Prashanth successfully led operations in a large-scale convention and luxury hotel environment. During his tenure with The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, he enhanced service delivery, guest satisfaction, and premium dining experiences across a complex property structure that included convention facilities and multiple F&B outlets.
A family man at heart, Prashanth is married to Niharika and they have two daughters Nitya Stuti and Sveshta Udita. He is known for his warm nature, love for food and travel, and looks forward to discovering the charm of Mahabalipuram with his family.
