With an impressive career spanning over sixteen years in the hospitality industry, Peter brings a wealth of experience and a distinguished reputation for elevating food and beverage operations to new heights.
With extensive experience across several esteemed hospitality brands, Peter’s journey reflects his exceptional ability to lead and innovate within diverse dining destinations. Most recently, he served as the Director of Restaurants and Bars at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu. Prior to this, he held key positions across renowned hospitality establishments including Marriott International, Accor Hotels, Essar Group, Hyatt Hotels and The Taj.
In his new role, Peter along with the Director of Food & Beverage will ensure ways to refine dining concepts, optimize operations and craft unique guest experiences that align with the hotel’s commitment to luxury and exceptional service.
