JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity has announced the appointment of Pawan Singh as its new Director of Food & Beverage
With over 16 years of global hospitality experience, Pawan brings a wealth of expertise in F&B operations, service excellence and operational efficiency across luxury hotels.
His journey with Marriott International began in 2013, leading him through key roles across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Cambodia, Thailand, and India. Most recently, he helmed The St. Regis Goa Resort, where he spearheaded F&B operations across nine dining venues and meeting spaces, driving growth and enhancing guest experiences.
Known for his strategic approach and operational expertise, Singh has been instrumental in driving guest experiences, revenue growth, and service excellence across diverse markets.
Welcoming him to the team, Sharad Datta, General Manager, JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity said, “Pawan’s leadership and deep understanding of food and beverage operations make him a valuable addition to our team. We look forward to his vision and expertise enhancing our F&B offerings.”
