Among the notable advancements, Sunil Kumar has been promoted to Director of Food & Beverage, while Jatinder Singh has been elevated to Executive Pastry Chef.
Sunil Kumar, who has been an integral part of the hotel’s culinary operations as F&B Manager, will now oversee the strategic direction of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring innovation and exceptional guest experiences. Reflecting on his promotion, Sunil stated, “I am honoured to take on this new role and excited to elevate our dining experiences with fresh, innovative concepts that continue to delight our guests.”
Sunil aims to focus on integrating sustainable practices by reducing waste and adopting green technologies. “My focus will also be on nourishing talent, attracting the best minds, and fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment. We need to showcase the F&B industry as a career of choice, one that offers growth, creativity, and fulfilment,” he added.
Jatinder Singh, known for his artistry and expertise in patisserie, brings over 12 years of experience to his new role and will now lead the pastry division. Expressing his enthusiasm, Jatinder Singh said, “It’s a privilege to step into this leadership role. I look forward to introducing new dessert innovations and maintaining the highest standards in our pastry offerings.”
