Hyatt Regency Pune has announced the elevation of Mohit Chugh to Associate Director of Events

Mohit began his hospitality journey in the Food & Beverage department at DoubleTree by Hilton, Gurgaon, where he developed a strong foundation in guest service, operational excellence, and cross-functional teamwork. His passion for the industry, combined with his unwavering commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences, led him to pursue a dynamic career path across diverse departments and brands.

He soon transitioned to Courtyard by Marriott, Chakan (Pune), followed by a significant tenure at Novotel Pune, continuing his professional journey with reputed international hospitality brands that shaped his holistic understanding of event planning and execution.

In 2022, Mohit joined Hyatt Regency Pune as Event Sales Manager, and within a short span, was elevated to Senior Sales Manager – Events due to his exceptional performance, attention to detail, and result-oriented approach. His strength in client servicing, creative problem-solving, and team mentorship has significantly contributed to the hotel’s positioning as one of the top venues for corporate and social events in the city.
