Mittu Alex brings with him a strong foundation in hospitality operations, having most recently served at Hilton Trivandrum. Over the course of his career, he has gained valuable experience working with some of the most respected names in the industry, including IHG Hotels ,Marriott Hotels, Raintree Hotel, Radisson Hotels, and. This diverse exposure across multiple international brands has equipped him with a well-rounded understanding of service excellence, operational efficiency, and guest engagement.
Mittu is highly regarded for his customer-centric mindset. He believes that the front office is the heart of the guest journey and plays a pivotal role in shaping first impressions and lasting memories. In his new role, he will oversee all front office operations, ensuring seamless service delivery while upholding Crowne Plaza Kochi’s high standards of hospitality.
