With a rich and diverse career spanning over a decade in the hospitality industry, Meghna brings with her deep expertise in front office operations, guest experience enhancement, and team leadership. She has previously held key roles at prestigious brands including Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, Taj, and Leela, most recently serving as the Front Office Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Jaipur Amer.
Meghna has consistently driven high guest satisfaction scores and played a pivotal role in quality assurance and brand standard implementation.
In her new role, Meghna will oversee the front office operations and will be instrumental in further strengthening guest relations, process efficiencies, and service excellence at Marriott Suites Pune.
