She most recently served as Assistant Front Office Manager (HOD) at Four Points by Sheraton Navi Mumbai, where she was instrumental in optimizing front office operations and enhancing guest satisfaction.
Throughout her career, Megha has held progressive roles including Guest Experience Manager at Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre, Guest Relations Manager at The Westin Hyderabad, and Assistant Loyalty Manager at Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel. Her journey began at Four Points by Sheraton Vizag, followed by valuable stints at Park Hyatt Goa Resort & Spa and other leading properties. Her expertise spans guest engagement, loyalty program management, and operational leadership.
In her new role, Megha will oversee all front office operations at Le Méridien Kochi, ensuring seamless guest arrivals and departures, personalized experiences, and the implementation of high service standards. Her leadership will be pivotal in reinforcing the hotel’s reputation as a preferred destination for business and leisure travelers alike.
