Held at The Atrium, the event featured interactive experiences, curated tastings, and a visual delight of themed décor, welcoming guests into a playful cocoa kingdom.
The highlight of the evening was the spectacular unveiling of an awe-inspiring chocolate installation titled “Once Upon a Chocotales”—a show-stopping creation that embodied the fantasy and wonder of the day.

Crafted entirely by the hotel’s award-winning pâtisserie team under the leadership of Chef Davinder Kumar, Vice President – F&B Production, the installation featured a towering chocolate bar standing 5 feet tall and weighing an impressive 300 lbs. This extraordinary sculpture was made using pure couverture chocolate from the globally renowned Casa Luker, known for its rich flavour profile and artisanal quality.
