EL unfolds across three distinct yet connected spaces. The BubbEl Room offers an intimate Champagne experience, a quiet corner where creativity meets celebration. This leads seamlessly to the Indoor Bar which is the heart of the venue, where premium spirits and elevated cocktails come together to create moments of connection and indulgence. Finally, the Open Sky Dining area provides an airy, immersive experience beneath a canopy of stars. Here, guests dine on the edge of Elsewhere, savoring global flavors with effortless elegance as the city lights fade below.

EL’s philosophy, “Flavors That Travel,” drives a menu designed as a passport for the palate. The cuisine masterfully draws from Japan, South America, and the Mediterranean, moving fluidly between crudo and charcoal, delicacy and boldness. Signature plates like citrus-brightened tiraditos, globally-inspired grills, and shareable tapas are built for evenings that linger. Each dish is crafted to be shareable, refined, and globally attuned, reflecting EL’s philosophy of elevation through simplicity and depth.

The beverage program, aptly named “Elevated Cocktails for Another World,” is an act of mixological ascension. The menu celebrates spirits that rise, blending global influences with inventive technique across three distinct paths: the bright and vibrant Citrusy and Fruity category, the soft-edged Floral and Herbal selections featuring bold botanicals, and the complex Strong and Stirred concoctions, designed for the moment the city disappears and the spirits truly rise.

The selection features signature libations, from the luxurious, truffle-infused Enchanted and the smoky, tart Topamine, to the aromatic, herbal complexity of the Elixir and the warming, nutty profile of the Asgardian. Every sip is crafted to be a passage from the familiar to the transformed, ensuring that where global flavours meet, they always rise.
