Courtyard by Marriott Surat has announced the appointment of Hemang Parmar as its General Manager
With over 18 years of rich experience in the hospitality industry, Hemang brings with him a wealth of operational knowledge, strategic leadership, and a deep-rooted passion for curating exceptional guest experiences.
Born and raised in Mumbai, Hemang began his illustrious career as a Management Trainee at the iconic Taj Mahal Palace & Tower, Mumbai. During his decade-long tenure with IHCL, he steadily rose through the ranks, eventually taking on a pivotal role as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at Taj Bangalore.
His journey further led him to Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Alibaug, where he served as Director of Food & Beverage before being promoted to Executive Assistant Manager – F&B. In this expanded role, he not only led the F&B division but also took on broader responsibilities across hotel operations. Most recently, Hemang was the General Manager at Park Inn by Radisson, Surat, where he successfully helmed the property for nearly three years.
