Hyatt Regency Gurgaon has announced the appointment of Gurpreet Kaur as its new Director of Sales
Gurpreet brings over 18 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, spanning leading luxury, upper-upscale, and upscale hotel brands.
In her new role, she will lead the hotel’s sales strategy, revenue growth initiatives, market expansion, and key account development across the corporate, government, and MICE segments. She will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate Hyatt Regency Gurgaon’s market presence and strengthen relationships with key business partners.
Gurpreet joins us following a successful tenure as Director of Sales at The Suryaa New Delhi, where she played a pivotal role in driving revenue targets. Her expertise in sales forecasting, revenue management, and RFP operations has consistently resulted in surpassing business goals and securing high-value contracts.
Her distinguished career includes leadership roles at Louvre Hotels Group, Roseate Hotels & Resorts, Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Marriott International, and IHG Hotels & Resorts. She is recognized for executing high-performing sales strategies, expanding key business segments—including PSUs and embassies—and driving revenue optimization through market analysis.
